  3. This utility will manage the time and date for you in 20 cities you choose,
  4. with Day / Night. The clocks will change of colors from 18:00 to 06:00, which 
  5. is a basic work time.
  6. You may edit the DCTIME.CFG with an ascii editor and change the cities and
  7. their local time. A Maximum of 12 characters is allowed for the city name.
